If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
At Locks & Mane we offer a Color Match Guarantee. If your extensions aren’t a perfect match to your natural hair, or you aren’t 100% satisfied with your L&M purchase we will gladly exchange your extension colour or product within 30 calendar days of purchase. Sadly, as hair extensions and accessories are hygienic products, we are unable to accept returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchase must be unused in its original packaging, without any tampering to the gold security ties. Please kindly send back any items you wish to exchange with a copy of your emailed Locks & Mane receipt or order confirmation as a proof of purchase using a tracked parcel service. Locks & Mane is not responsible for the loss or damage any items sent to us without a tracking number. Locks & Mane is currently unable to accommodate exchanges for any L&M product purchased from our distribution partners, including The Shopping Channel and HSN.
Our expert team of stylists are always available to assist with color matching! Simply send in a photo of your hair in natural lighting to email@example.com to receive a complimentary color match.
As hair extensions and accessories are hygienic products, all services performed in-store are final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable). Services include, but are not limited to: Semi-permanent extensions, clip-in extensions, clip-in ponytails, top-knot twists, dry styles, tightenings, and re-installs.
We are happy to offer a complimentary sewing service for all semi-permanent installs if you are having difficulty with your extension maintenance or aren’t absolutely in love with your semi-permanent extensions. To be eligible for this free service, please contact us within 14 calendar days of your install. After this time, we must charge a small sewing fee.
