Refunds & Exchanges
If your color match isn’t perfect or you aren’t 100% satisfied with your L&M purchase you can request a refund or exchanges. Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available on semi-permanent installs, or clip-in extensions installed in-store.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If your purchase was made online you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns On Semi Permanent Installs
L&M does not do refunds or exchanges on semi-permanent extensions installed in-store. If you are unhappy with your semi-permanent extensions or simply decide they’re too much commitment for you within 2 weeks of your service, we will happily remove your extensions and turn them into clip-ins at no additional cost.
