I got the wrong color

I like the extensions, but I got the wrong color so I wish I could trade it in, but they are return policy states that if you took off the gold ribbon off of it, you wouldn’t be able to get an exchange. But as far as quality goes, and extensions are great.

Color is not good.

The color icing sugar sould be white but the 14 inch ponytail i receive is totaly blonde. Can not use dosent match my white hair.☹

Not Short Hair Approved

I thought for the price and raving reviews this would be a good amount of hair, but I have short hair and the 18 in set only came with a 6 clip weft and a 3 clip weft- not nearly enough to make into a blended look for my choppy bob. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.

Love me some Icing sugar

I ordered both the pony and clip-in's in this color. The pony was much more gray in tone and the clip in's more platinum. I added my own low lights to the clip ins with temporary root spray in dark blonde.... perfection!! And as I become more gray, I can adjust how much lowlight I ad. LOVE THEM!!!
